Full description - AST Telecom App is an in-house application used by AST Telecom employees for managing field operations. This application is part of an enterprise SCADA solution to monitor and manage geographically distributed remote sites. The app is used for critical real time alarm escalations and complaint ticket closures along with other use cases like Maintenance and upgrade of all the sites of the company.
